The idea for Park Place Patio Homes began two years ago when the builder, Terry Flatley, was in the market for a town home for corporate housing. He wanted a convenient, upscale spacious town home for his management team…but there was no such product-type in the Hanford-Lemoore area.
Terry was convinced that there must be a pent up demand, so he studied the market and found not only the expected demand from potential homebuyers who were priced out of the single-family market but was surprised to find many homebuyers who simply could not find the type of home they wanted…which was exactly what he envisioned building.
So he went to work, found the perfect location, developed the floor plans and found the right mix of financing and pricing to meet the needs of the first-time buyers, empty nesters and discriminating potential buyers he had met.
He designed the homes at Park Place to offer the sense of community but with the privacy of small buildings, the luxury of a pool but without the maintenance, a resort-like atmosphere but with the benefits of home ownership,and the beauty of manicured landscaping but without the yard-work.
